Kristeen Grmela is a NCCPA board certified Physician Assistant who works in conjunction with Dr. Bankston and Dr. Hartley to diagnose, treat and manage gynecological problems. She also provides well woman services, primary care and antenatal care. Kristeen is a graduate of Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. In practice since she graduated in 2008, Kristeen has professional experience in both women’s health and weight loss/bariatric medicine.

Kristeen joined the practice in March2011. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. She also
enjoys reading, kayaking and playing scrabble.
